A one week time action analysis proves you cannot do a cradle to grave sales approach effectively with only one person. If a person can concentrate on just a few things rather than many they will always be more effective. Even the traditional showroom selling approach is not effective because salespeople often cannot or will not do all the things necessary to accomplish their job and goals. The model is outdated.
