Google recently dropped reviews from Dealerships' Google+ Local page for various reasons. Now everyone is trying to build their review supply back up. Tons of reviews were dropped because they were written on the same IP address. This could have been your Dealership's loyal service customers or new buyers on your dealership's device instead of their own. So the solution seems easy. Get them to review on their own device.
Although this is the simplest solution, most buyers that are carrying smart phones are iPhone users. Google has unfortunately blocked iPhone users from leaving reviews via the mobile site. They trying to push iPhone users to download the Google Local application to leave reviews. This is very cumbersome at point of sale. What customer is going to put away their credit card, break out their phone when prompted to leave a review, download the Google+ Local app, sign in, and then leave a review!?
