Thank you again for joining us in our video series,Begin Again. We’re here to give you all the tools we have, to help you get the life of your dreams, and to make sure that you believe. You see, there is no glass ceiling. When you believe that what you want is possible, your life will change.
We’ve been discussing ways to market your business. Last week, we picked up some tips on what we should be doing right now to show them that we care. We need to be telling people what’s going on. There’s plenty of fear going around out there today, and we want you to be part of the opposite. You want to be optimistic with what’s going on in the uncertainty.
Let’s expand on that here. I invite you to watch this week’s video, and be ready to take some notes. You’ll want to implement this immediately.
We need to be the people who tell them what is going on in our industry. You’ve heard of a chip shortage, right? They haven’t. They don’t know, and we do. We have an opportunity here to educate people, and build a relationship based on trust and care.
Last week, we talked about starting a newsletter. Every month, connect with your people and give them an update. Tell them what you’ve got in stock, and what you expect to have soon. Explain what a chip shortage is. Add in a short video about why everyone is trying to buy their cars. Help them to understand the marketplace in this uncertainty and doubt without adding to the fear. Be the educated optimist that your community needs.

Be current. Be real. Start the conversation, and keep it going. You’ll have the answers when things change, and they’ll know that. You’ll be the one who is able to tell them when the cars are coming back, and when the prices are going down. The goal is to be 100% in the relationship business, and that’s exactly what you’re doing here!
You want everyone you know to like you, trust you, and believe in you. Cultivate that now! Write a letter to everyone in your database, in your phone, and in your social networks. Tell them what’s really going on!
