Anything you do in life is defined the way you position yourself. Your attitude and efforts contributes towards the outcome of the end result. Attitude is everything! The longer I live, the more I realize that attitude is probably one of the single most important words in our language. Isn't it amazing that so many times we see individuals who have severe handicaps or who face significant challenges yet have a positive outlook on their lives and often both excel and inspire others? Yet other times we see people who seem to have everything but who choose to be discouraged and unhappy, never seeing what is worthy about their lives?
Nelson Mandela, after being freed from 27 years of imprisonment in South Africa, was interviewed by reporters who asked him how it felt to finally be a free man."I have always been a free man," he said. "I always knew that someday I would once again feel the grass under my feet and walk in the sunshine."
When it comes to selling, your attitude and enthusiasm make all the difference. "You only have one chance to make a first impression!"I'm sure you already know that the most successful people have unshakable levels of self-confidence The fact is that when you develop an attitude of self-confidence, your whole world changes around you.
The most important decision we make in our lives is the attitude we choose. In sales, customers like to buy from positive people who have confidence in what they are selling and help their customers enjoy the buying process. Sales persons with winning attitude will always have presence of mind to win the sales. The winning attitude can help to generate confidence in the mind of prospects and the trust created to guide prospects that enables closing the deal. Last but not the least the winning attitude can only happen if confident about the product that is being sold. Could we create a winning attitude in our stores? Could we educate and schedule "winning-attitude" education classes?
