Should you mention GOD in your morning meetings or training classes?

I work with a dealer that has a prayer request in the middle of the show room every morning. The GM says we would have nothing if it wasn't for GOD and we thank him every day. Another dealer I work with gives 33% of his profits away to the needy. With respect to all the different religions, is this a good idea to talk about GOD in a training class or morning meetings?

I say a little prayer and ask GOD to help me with training. I ask him to show me a way that the people not just understand what I'am training, but do it. May be that's why I have been so lucky. I have had the pleasure to meet a lot of quality people who pray or talk about religion at their dealership from time to time when I'am training. I was wondering if this was a good thing or bad and what people thought.

I think it would be the same if you went out and said a prayer before dinner. The best thing is the dealer is one of the most improved dealers in the South East. I'am writing an article about them for AutoSuccess .
