I like to shop at Nordstrom. They have nice clothes and great customer service. I will go through periods where I am there fairly often. I definately don't have a negative view of the clothing business. People don't buy cars every month, every couple of months or every year. They don't like car dealerships and car people. They tolerate us. Their only concern is that you have a vehicle and what you are willing to sell it for.
I want someone to show me the ROI. Not for a few cars a month. I want to see someone killing it. As of now, I want every dealer engaged in Social Media. Take your eye off the ball, dedicate this level of time, energy and money while the rest of us are selling cars.
Am I wrong? I just want to see some proof.

Doug Davis Just let me know when your ready my friend, You pick the dealer and track all the numbers yourself:)
Way to much information I would have to post online.
Take care!

As recently as May, Dataium, a consulting company that monitors online vehicle shopping behavior, found that of 20 million visitors to dealership Web sites, just 120 arrived there directly from a Facebook link. Of that microscopic number, only a handful left contact information to become sales leads, Dataium found.
A friend published this video on another automotive site. I thought it was amusing.

Manny, I appreciate that. It will be difficult between now and the end of the month being on Arizona time. I am not interested in "likes", hits and public relations. I want to see car sales.
With all the Social Media experts on here, someone should be able to post some results for a market leader.
Doug Davis, Lets have a meeting on a webex.
Let me know what time is good for you.
