For me, training camp is everday 365 days a year, always was, always will be. You cannot  afford to miss the oppurtunity for self development. In Life it means getting yourself ready for what you want to do to find the success you're looking for Find and Focus, Identify your goals and then create the plan.When my day ends the first thing I do is review and then make a plan for the next day . Everyday I train I tell my class , that having the ability to precisely defone the goals  and create a plan to achieve them shapes your entire attitude and the way we view life. Create Visions not Dreams, To me dreaming is when you fall asleep, wake up still knowing you had that dream but failed to act upon it. A vision is a dream with a plan Put everybody in a "Position To Succeed".As a coach/leader,you always have to discover what your team can and cannot do. All of them  have something you can't fix.Sometimes  it's attitude, it's drive. ambition, or laziness,, Therefore you take each individual's limitation and create a way to allow them to succeed. Create Inconvienence,When you get comfortable, that's when you make mistakes.You find that sleepy place where you're not ready to move, you're not as hungry to achieve, and then you have forgotten what it was tha brought you to where you are .Every now and then you have hot to change the way you do things to get the best out your people you are trying to lead-even yourself.That's why as a coach/leader it's best to mix things up all the time  when you train and when you actually sit at that desk and work with your salespeople to constantly change your message .You find out a lot about people when you throw things at them differently Do they respond, or do they look at you like you have two heads ?Make the Will Stronger than the Skill,If what you want to become is worth pursuing, then it's worth the run with all your heart.Do the things no one else is doing,dominate your sector , competting for anything is useless , compete with yourself. Make The Showroom Floor your Whiteboard, A person's real leadership is not displayed sitting behind that desk, it's about getting down and dirty with the team , showing them exactly what it is you want them to do, that gets the job done.You can run videos of the greatest trainers and training but without getting on that lot and showroom or the internet and showing them how to accomplish their goals, not everyone can sit and watch a film or listen to a triner explain the ins and of sales and managing people., and applying it to their everday routine. That is why it must be praticed , over and over and drilled over over "everday everytime without fail, no exceptions" ~PAUL CUMMINGS..Understand that Life Is Not A Dress Rehearsal,You don't get life back,God gives you a talent , it;s up to you to decide what it is, and once you do, you better figure out how you will use it to the best of your ability. Don't settle for being good. Aspire to greatness, So take advantages of every oppurtunty available cause when they come about  please don't waste them , they are too precious and to far in between. Lastly I wil end on this note TEACH THE WHY, As a leader you have got to teach people why you want them to do something and why it will work.So spell out your gameplan everyday and then they can all focus  on rowing the boat in the same direction.
