Automated direct mail solutions drive cost-effective customer engagement, prospecting and retention
Overland Park, KS – February 8, 2013- VinSolutions announces the release of three automated direct mail solutions that help dealers cost effectively maintain consistent, meaningful outreach with customers and minimize their worries about missed follow-up and prospecting opportunities.

The VinSolutions direct mail solutions integrate with a dealer’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. The integration, in conjunction with VinSolutions’ fulfillment services, allows dealers to automatically generate and send mailers as key customer milestones occur. In addition, dealers can proactively mine their CRM for emerging sales and service opportunities, and instantly create individualized mailers to capitalize on them.
VinSolutions will be featuring its AutoPrint, AutoProcess and AutoMarketing solutions at this week’s National Automobile Dealers Association convention in Orlando (Booth #828). Here is a brief look at each solution:
AutoPrint: This on-demand solution offers nightly printing and fulfillment of mailers. Dealers can use this to generate and send full-color, first-class windowed letters to sales and service customers as follow-ups or invitations to in-dealership visits.
AutoProcess: This solution mirrors a dealership’s preference for planned mailers that meet key customer milestones—a recent delivery, a birthday, lease renewals, service reminder, etc. Dealers can configure AutoProcess to automatically identify customers in their CRM and mail postcards or letters as these milestones occur.
AutoMarketing: This solution is geared for the do-it-yourself dealer who wants to proactively mine their CRM and market to create and tailor mailings targeted to current customers and in-market prospects. AutoMarketing offers pre-set mailing templates and third-party data overlays to efficiently generate and send postcards with current and prospective customer offers.
