You can remain positive, even around people or situations that have a negative outcome. Stay in charge of your own situation. Be upbeat and move on form the negativity. If you are in a negative workplace and feel trapped, get out. There will always be dealerships looking for good people with skills. If you know you have skills, then speak up or change your employment. NOTHING worse than a negative employer. It can have an affect on your health and wealth. It can bring down your home life because of the hours we spend at the dealership. When your not happy at work, it makes things harder at home.
