What's Your Normal?


We are all creatures of habit and tend to develop patterns of how we live our day-to-day life. You might wake up in the morning and start your day with several cups of coffee sitting in the same chair, watching the same TV program. As your routine develops, it becomes more rigid and you are less likely to deviate from it. Some routines are very positive such as exercise and diet. Other routines are destructive, yet become your normal.
 
Successful people are always challenging their normal and will not allow destructive habits to continue as a part of their day to day routine. Don’t go through your routine mindlessly without understanding it better. Challenge yourself to change up your routine often, implementing new ways to improve. Let Change and improvement be your new normal.
