This week, we’re taking that to the next level by introducing our suggestions for affiliate relationships.  By creating working relationships with people who feel the same way that you do, we believe that we can change the world! I invite you to watch this week’s video, take in some suggestions for growth, and do the work.

You have to find a network of people who fit your values, who you trust, who can work with you the way that you work. Find people who want to take care of people. The more of us there are - working together, loving people, keeping our circles happy - the better off we’re all going to be.  Find your affiliates everywhere you go…

• Restaurants
• real estate offices
• gas stations
• the dry cleaners
• everywhere you go

Find your affiliates everywhere that other people go too - have some teammates at other dealerships. Keep in mind that they have to work the way that you do. Find the right salespeople - the ones that will keep your customers smiling!  Create a circle of trust in your community for friends and family. You’ll find such peace of mind in knowing that your people WILL be taken care of no matter what they need.  You don't have to sell everybody. You have to help everybody. And that's the takeaway.
