We put a spiff on today.  10/10/10/10.  The salespeople were challenged to have all of their appointments in the CRM by 10am.  Any logged appointment who shows is good for $10.  If that same appointment writes, another $10.  If that same write Spots, another $10.  As of 2pm we had 16 confirmed and logged appointments, we have had six shows and five spots just from this spiff.  

Who wouldn’t pay $150 for that kind of activity.  Everyone likes a challenge.  A few bucks makes for a great game, a profitable day, and moves some cars.
