Several years ago there was an article written about working for bad dealerships and everyone was able to post a lot of negative insights and experiences. Well it is time to look at the good aspects that the automotive industry has offered all of us! Let us post the good points and make each of us realize just how good we may have it!

Your service department always puts their best foot forward in addressing customer's service needs.

The dealership owner walks the entire dealership and makes sure he says hello to each of his or her employees.

Your inventory is "balanced" offering a great selection to your customer and saving you having to do a "locate" or dealer trade.

You know you work for a good dealership when the managers come out to help get the dealership reopened for business after a snowstorm and help broom the snow off the cars and move them for plowing.
