- I have worked in every department of the dealership. I became the dealer for my store in 1997. I enjoy learning and being involved in discussion on how to improve daily operations ect. I feel I can also give valuable input on some items because I have tried many products and processes through the years. If you are not changing and learning daily in this business you are dying
