I have been with Valenti for nearly 20 years now, I started when I was 19 years old as a sales person and worked my way up thru management to being the general sales manager of our CDJ franchise when I was 26. Having increased sales profit and customer satisfaction from day one I was asked to take over our failing BDC in July 2006. I am not a tech person so I approached this challenge with an open mind and a hunger for knowledge. When I took over our BDC it had been open for 2 years and was producing only 90 sales per year. In 2009 our BDC was responsible for 623 deliveries and as of today we are only 31 vehicles away from matching that # for 2010. I welcome the chance to see ideas and processes from like minded individuals and companies that want to succeed not only today but well into the future.
