Doug started his career in the industry as a lot porter and worked his way through
every dealership department, holding positions such as line mechanic, service writer,
new and used car sales, finance manager, sales manager and general manager.
Doug understands dealerships and what it takes to make them successful. He
ended his career in retail when he joined Bank of America, where for 6 years he
served as their VP of Remarketing on the West Coast. Having the opportunity to
work and train with some of the most sought after speakers and trainers in the
Automotive industry, Doug attained the skills to do what he likes best: training,
coaching and growing others into their potential and beyond
