I have been a BMW Master Technician with 10 years of field experience and have made the transition
to level one certification as a Service Advisor.
I perform based on the customer needs and wants and provide the best service possible to each and every customer. I look forward to making new connections with DealerELITE. I plan to learn and help along the way.
