I started my career in the IT field 30 years ago as an computer operator/programmer working with cobol and proprietory software systems. I worked in the publishing industry for 20 years as the department IT resource for accounting where I did everything from operations to project management and database administration. My last four years in the publishing industry was as an Oracle system administrator where I was responsible for security and all access to the entire Oracle suite of software.
I was hired at my current dealership as a CRM administrator to work in the BDC department. This has evolved to include database management and data mining of our past and current DMS systems. My past experience in IT allows me to help with various requests that arise thoughout our dealerships.
