As a highly motivated employee, and long term one of the Fields Auto Group, I have been through nearly every position from Porter to GM to Business Development and now Finance Director. I have experience in nearlyevery aspect of the dealrship, and have succeeded in each position. I believe I have some great insight to what might help people grow and strengthen their position in their company, as well as find what is the right position for themselves.
