Red Flags Made Easy (a sub DBA of PegaFrog, Inc.) provides a turnkey solution for businesses seeking to become compliant with the Red Flag identity theft prevention requirements that came into effect on November 1st, 2008, as well as related operational issues. (FTC enforcement deadline was January 1, 2011.)

We conduct on-site identity-theft vulnerability assessment by doing a check and appraisal of all the store’s systems (electronic, person to person, administrative) that handle consumer non-public information. Map the store’s business workflow process and identify related compliance needs in areas of the Patriot Act, OFAC, Safeguard, E-signature and truth in lending.

We author the actual compliance document and conduct in-store training of employees based on the new policy document and the newly reengineered process.

We lead key stakeholders through change-agent-decision-making process, reengineering options and choice of available software vendors (cloud Saas models and server based). Manage all phases of customer life cycle, from initial contact to project completion.

On litigation and arbitration, we assist attorneys on red flags related litigation matters pertaining to case evaluation, discovery, and reasonable burden requirements.
