30 years of sales and sales training experience. 16 Years in dealerships, 5yrs selling vehicles,8 years in finance,3 as Finance Director Neil Sandler Ford LM, and have held Sales manager and General Sales Manager position. Have been employed with the Plateau Group as their F&I and sales trainer since March of 2007.
