My Professional experience has been in the service side of the automotive business. I have worked in franchised dealerships and the last 18 years I've managed Claims in the Service Contract industry. My experience is in automotive and recreational vehicles including RV's, Boats, and Motorcylces . I love the challenges of helping the marketing side accomplish thier goals while ensuring the customer is provided exceptional service
