Matt has high quality training processes he uses while training service department employees. In addition to being an expert Fixed Ops trainer, he has great knowledge in the variables department, having worked in vehicle sales as well. Estimates are created 100% accurate with shop supplies, tax, and teaches the importance of double checking all parts and correct labor are on the estimate. That is the number cause for policy to get out of control. Estimates not professionally done and consultants wait till customer is on their way to pick up their vehicle and consultant realizes his/her estimate is off $50.00 or greater after finalizing invoice.
