"YELP" GOOD FOR BUSINESS OR Cyber "BLACK MAIL."

Posted on December 1, 2011 at 8:48pm 0 Comments

Is yelp business friendly or are they doing what would be called legal "BlackMail"?  I had five of my personal customers go on yelp to give a review, good or bad, I just wanted their input and post.  Yes, I asked them because the service was awesome, but real people, with real ratings sent to archive, Why?????

What is a Trade worth

Posted on October 18, 2010 at 10:00pm 0 Comments

Most managers think a trade has just a dollar amount.
Letting a trade go is worse than bad word of mouth.
What do u lose: 1. the new sale,2. the trade.3. the plate advertising
and the word of mouth. 4. the trade sells and u get another trade.
Do I need to go on...... Min 2 customer possibly 4 plus........
So make every opportunity not to miss a trade, it's not the car you are losing; It's the branch on the trunk of the tree.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out! I had a great time w/your dealer principal last week in SoCal. He speaks wildly impressively about you. Additionally, I got your email from Sean Wolfington last night. I'll be reaching out to you later today to setup a time to re-review Tier 10 and visit with the both of you.

Thanks again Michael!
