Michael Salavati: Since beginning his management career nearly 20 years ago with The Bennett Organization, a large multi-luxury and import car dealer, Michael Salavati has become one of the foremost sales professionals in Lehigh Valley. Over the last two decades, Michael Salavati has focused on revenue growth through a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and operational efficiency. Currently, Michael Salavati uses his diverse skill set and results-focused leadership as the Director of Business for the Kelly Automotive Complex. In this position since May 2008, Michael Salavati is responsible for managing the entire business/finance department. Prior to joining the Kelly Automotive Complex, Michael Salavati held executive positions with Sleepy’s, Inc., as well as the three-part company, The Window Pros, Inc.; Sunroom Pros Inc.; and Reliance Funding Corp. From 2000-2007, Michael Salavati was President and CEO of his own general contracting firm, Premier Windows and Siding, Inc. In this position, Michael Salavati oversaw all of Premier Windows and Siding’ business functions, including sales, marketing, and finance. Michael Salavati found tremendous success with Premier Windows and Siding, earning $1M in the company’s first year. By the time he sold the company, Michael Salavati was averaging annual revenues of more than $3M. A leader in his Bethlehem, Pennsylvania community, Mr. Michael Salavati engages in a variety of charitable and philanthropic endeavors. Currently, Michael Salavati donates to numerous non-profit organizations, including World Vision, Habitat for Humanity, Kids Peace, the American Red Cross, the YMCA, and Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. Michael Salavati also frequently volunteers through his church. In his free time, Michael Salavati collects European sports cars, practices photography, and writes original fiction. Michael Salavati also enjoys drawing, watching football, and spending time with his family.

I believe your group works with Zurich for most of your F&I solutions, but my company is very progressive with certain F&I products that Zurich really isn't familiar with and CAN NOT provide the level of local service that my company can.
