Let me guess Mike Van Syc from Shift? They asked me too, until I ripped them either here or on ADM one day...then they rescinded. Some times it just seems like Chrysler forgets that WE are the customer and they are the wholesaler. Your absolutly right they wouldn't allow us to do the things we need to do. Even with my relationship with DDC I couldn't get away with stuff. The boys and girls in Burlington tried but they just want everything to be cookie cutter. As I said in the article we have 9 CDJ dealers in a 40 mile radius. I can't afford to look the same as everyone else.

Been with dealer.com for many years at 2 dealerships. Am a big proponent of theirs.

As for Chrysler digital...well I think they stink..well at least the way Shift Digital runs it. That is why I am switching to a Dealer.com retail site http://papadodge.cms.dealer.com/index.htm (should launch in the next couple of days, still optimizing). I am keeping the "base" Chrysler site so I still get the leads. It just doesn't convert. Notice with the retail site all the reasons people come ( buy a car, schedule service, order parts, finance and warranty) are above the fold? I will lose my PAP $$ but I think it is worth it.

I saw it on your site and liked some of the features I saw from the consumers point of view. Are you happy with them? How long have you been with them?
