After a decade of teaching Sellchology, selling through psychology, I've learned best practices, effective techniques and easier ways to engage customers that I'm happy to share with the group. My areas of expertise in the auto industry: sales, marketing, management, lead handling, phone and customer enthusiasm. I am a consultant to dealerships and sales teams in these areas.
