To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: My experience started in the automotive industry as a service and sales professional 30 years ago and evolved into extensive fixed operational, sales and service expertise gained though real world experience at some of the top dealerships in Canada and the United States. . I am mature and experienced professional with a strong interest in improving process, profitability and performance of fixed operations and all aspects of service, parts and body shop delivery. I am a highly motivated team lead with a natural skill for quickly developing and managing strong client relationships. I am resourceful and self reliant with a proven record of being able to resolve difficult situations. Above average knowledge of both Canadian and American automotive marketplaces as well as diverse experience with both domestic and international manufacturers makes him uniquely qualified. Plus, I'm just a all around nice guy with a very positive attitude and desire to help people :)
