I feel I can contribute to other members by sharing what I have learned (and continue to learn) from my 34 years in the automotive industry and current activity as a trainer and consultant. My specific background is 3 years as a sales consultant, 16 total years as N/C, U/C, F&I Manager, GSM and as GM. I have 15 years as Co/owner of The Mar-Kee Group providing DVD, In-Dealership training and consultation as well as Online training for all dealership employees.
