Kurtis your message is timely. I wish I had it way back when and will share it with as many people as I can now. I'm in dealerships throughout the Northeast and find sales people not being taught how to develop themselves into true Auto Pros. Sadly, the very reason salespeople initially get started in the auto business is the very reason so many quit on their own or are asked to leave. They don't make enough money to sustain a volatile economy. I can't tell you how many times I walk into a dealership and see sales people complaining that their customer from three ago was sold by another sales person or hey, that customer said they weren't buying. No, they just decided not to buy from you. Building a book of business....powerful mindset for these ever changing times...a real game changer for sure.
