Every different culture represeted in the dealership staff is a doorway into that community.
Exactly right Craig, " people buy from people they like and trust, people who are themselves". We have become a world culture, shouldn't our staff's reflect that?
yes, it's a s simple as looking at who walks in your store,not the number but who...then look at your staff....does it even come close to matching your client base?

Unfortunately at many dealerships the level of diversity is not there. We are a nation of many different cultures, therefore our potential markets are also ones of many different cultures. As automotive sales professionals we need to take a serious look at the best way to capture our share of that business, and this could be done through diversity in the dealership.
How diverse is your store, don'ty just take a number count,look who is really coming into your store,then look at your staff....they look the same?
