You guys are funny....less than 20% of all appointments show up and ask for the guy they talked to....How are you losing money when someone doesn't show.  The only person that would be worried about this is someone that is unsure about their ability to build enough value to justify a down payment once the buyer is in the store and on a product.    But how do you build value with a no show?

Thanks Manny , I agree with you. Sell the appointment without getting yourself in trouble. I'am in it for the money as a sales rep and down payment is the key.  I don't want to discourage the customer. Remember I have to build a business within a business. This starts with me getting the customer in without any problems and having happy customers. Thanks my friend.

Fran, I see your point, And you are the best real Live In -House Trainer in the industry! I also know that you can't win the fight if you opponent is not in the ring.So why not let the customer know that if it were up to me I would help them get in there dream car with no money down. That would be the Goal is what I would share with them.

The bottom line is to SELL the APPOINTMENT, YOURSELF, REASON they need to come NOW and nothing else.

Tough to get a deal bought with no money down . I wouldn't give payments over the phone , trade or interest rates. Money down is the way to hold gross. Not sure I would leave the impression that the customer can buy with no money down . It's easier to say we are close . Come in and lets see where we are.
