Words of a true leader! Any time, and particularly In tough times, we need to be different and act different. Finding business during your day-to-day community activities is one of the most effective means to build your clientele. Those waiters, clerks, store managers, team coaches, people who you know and see regularly will be thrilled that you personally invite them to your store should they or anyone they know be in the market for a vehicle!

Vinnie, you're right. If every sales person treated the business as their "own" company, production would rise. A sales person "rents" inventory, finance sources, location, managment support, and all the logisitics necessary to create a business (phone, lights, etc). They pay the rent out of the gross profit they generate and they are in business with minimal investment on their part. Nice video.
