Thanks for the video David! Even the best of the best in all industries have coaches, there is always room to improve. I think of it as "fine-tuning" our skills.

Great points. So often as managers we get caught up in the day to day goings on and forget what our real job is! We don't realize the effect of words and actions has on another.
Great video !! Our jobs as managers and leaders of any dealership or department is to make our people feel 10 feet tall and be full of confidence......the only way to get there is good daily coaching(sometimes hourly)

Great points David! The greatest coaches have had the most prepared teams. "Coaching moments" make the difference.
