Productive and sell cars. Don't insult and shame, get them to sell, sell, sell the right attitude. Great Pitch, and delivery.

Great stuff David! Now how can we deliver that message to those who need it the most? I for one, am going to publish it on my social media networks. I hope others do the same. One step by each of us in the right direction can make an impact.
David, Great thoughts, I agree and have always thought the best way to motivate and inspire someone is by pointing out the positives and belittling the negatives. In other words; Bob, You did a great job, of developing the relationship with the customer, you selected the product they wanted, and they said you did a fantastic product presentation and I know next time you will do a better job in negotiations. But you know what Bob, when I was new, like you, I made more than my fair share of mistakes. I have faith and confidence in your abilities; let's work close together the next time you get a customer. How does that sound to you?
Is that better than Bob, we lost that customer due to you ineptness at closing! Do not do it again. We need every customer we can get. Understand?
