Jim, Congratulations to the success you have achieved.  You used the word passion to describe one of the reasons for your success.  I believe having a burning desire for what is important to a person is the engine that allows all other components to come together.  Without passion there is no perseverance.  Without passion there is less planning, self improvement and real expectation of achievement.  My hats off to you.  Thanks for posting it Craig.
