Hire The Winners compartmentalized videos follow the sales process as close to real life as you can get. Losing customers while you train poorly qualified sales consultants is not an option. Screening present and pending sales consultants in their virtual world is a lot better than finding out that recent hires don't have the people skills to properly represent you in your real world dealership. A nice person who is compassionate for their customer's needs with equall passion for their responsibilities to their personal and professional familiy is a much better investment than a closer whose shortsighted goals are limited to his/her next paycheck.
