I agree with the simplicity. It's funny when listening to calls they either speak too fast and barf too much info or they just don't leave a message at all. Last tip that Rob actually practiced in his video is the impotance of smiling while speaking. It makes a differnece with voice inflection. Nice Job Bro!

Thank for the"TurboTip" Rob, Tone of voice is KING. I would alway start off with  "Mr. customer the reason why I'm calling"

Then I would go onto the message. Great Job!
