Thank you Mark!
Elise,
I greatly disagree with the 4 times a day is too much and stalking comment. I personally have built 4 businesses by "stalking" 4 times a day. People who say they can't reach someone is usually not trying hard enough. Don't let anyone keep you from "doing" because of what they "wont do." If they wont do it, you either have hired the wrong people or you need to have specialists who will. I do agree that 90% won't do it and that is what you have to hire better or create specialists to do it. This is the premise of my "Death of the Traditional Salesperson" articles. Let's stop basing our success on what 90% of salespeople won't do and find exactly how we can do it. Elise, once again, great video!
Great Vdeo Elise!
I have been teaching video emails, sendoutcards.com and the power of multiple creative integrated messages for many years. I find that most salespeople have a very weak sense of self confidence and do not make near enough effort. Most salespeople will leave one message and say "I tried to reach them but they won't call me back!" You are spot on. Keep up the good work.
@ William...In terms of making four calls a day to one customer...Yes, it's certainly not the norm and most salespeople are lucky to make four calls to one lead much less four to one customer the first day. But whose fault is that? You can't blame it on the salesperson can you? If they were "managed" to follow the process the way Elise described, then it would get done. Saying that it can't be done is like saying you can't get 100% T.O.'s You can't get a 100% T.O's if that's what management allows, just like you won't get four calls if that's what management allows.
I'm far from conformity.
As mentioned, I think while our overall "voicemail" that we leave may vary, we all agree that a continuous process works.
Wow...this is really getting good.
"Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth."
...I should note I only worked about 20 days last month with weekends off.
