Grant, I love your passion man.... Becuase every time I get the opportunity to speak to Millionair, all I hear is their passion for what they do. Remember all - "Strategy Matters but Passion Rules"
I enjoyed the video! In this still "free" country it is always interesting to hear what successful people have to say. I do agree that success can be measured in many different ways and it is easy for people to get their priorities out of balance. Just don't forget that in order for this country to thrive and produce there still has to be some worker bees and thankfully many people are happy in this position. I take great joy from helping those hard working people be more successful in their career of choice.
It all depends on the individuals definition of "wealth" and "success". Unfortunately, many like Mr. Parker and Mr. Cardone, guage this in a monetary and materialistic manner. I choose to look at it in a broader sense. That is besides the point though. I 100% agree with Justin that politics has no place in sales. I have seen first hand how this damages sales and reputation among the many potential consumers in our area. I come here to learn about what others are doing and use some of this information in my occupation. I don't come on here to listen to political views. If you want to do that, start your own "1% group" and share your ideas there. Thank you.
Grant, you are the Sous-Chef of the auto industry. You love to stir the pot! Always a pleasure brother.
That's clearly getting political. You are taking a position on a big social issue. I would stick to sales tips and try to leave things people may have a differing opinion on out of it. You are clearly great at sales and know your stuff, but you really seem to have a big stance on this wealth gap issue and undoubtedly it is a polarizing subject. Something any sales pro knows to avoid.
The reason most people don't get wealthy is they actually have a disdain for wealth through the education passed
down by those that have given up their quest for it.
Notice how even taking on the topic of wealth brings up criticism like it does. I am not being political here but rather have the intention to refocus Americans at a time when distraction and misinformation and wrong targets are being thrust on us by the media.
Good points in many ways but if you are trying to sell people you aren't going to bring up politics or controversial subjects. Seems like it would be the number one rule. And let's get real, nobody in SALES dislikes rich people. They are the most able customers.
Not true. Missing the point. I absolutely work towards wealth and success.
A lot of people who see this video may take offense to this video. Those are the people who don't want to be rich and don't ever plan on successful or prosperous.I believe what you are saying in every way. I tell everyone that likes the easy way in life that, its a hard way in. I've work a full time job since i was 16! Thats how old i was when i had my daughter. I had my son when i was 18, and started selling cars when i was 19. Work was meant to be fun but not always easy. To be successful in life you got to want it. Thats how it starts and thats how it ends.
It we will only listen and do
