Yep, after the bailout from taxpayer $, GM sends $1.3B to China, NHTSA looking at some safety issues on a couple models and yes, TrueCar- back in bed with dealers?

Seriously, GM says thanks for bailing us out with your tax dollars by creating jobs in China with $1.3B investment?  Has TrueCar changed its true-colors after losing $74 million in 2012?
