So many of us forget that at the heart of sales is the MATH! Its a numbers game you have to put yourself in front of enough people! This is so true, so many sales people psych themselves out when the numbers are down. Energy breeds Energy we need to REMEMBER once you get one the second and third are usually very close behind! Good stuff. Few dealership management lack this mentoring and leadership philosophy.  I liked the daily focus and not the overwhelming monthly perspective which most salespeople fall victim.

Good one... loss of enthusiasm based on a dry spell can be lethal!  Pick yourself up, Brush yourself off, and start all over again!  I like how you used basic math 101 to get back on track!!!
