Interesting - mirroring is something we all do, whether realized and intentional - or not. On the phone, I am always the same: Genuine, Helpful, Polite, and Concerned. What I have found in doing this, is that then they will begin to mirror you - and as you work towards setting an appointment to with meet them to provide solutions for their desires; you'll find it nice that they have began to mirror you - and they will be "Genuine, Helpful, Polite, and Concerned".
