Real Estate, Insurance, Financial Services, and many other sales careers rely on individual action to bring in business. The auto industry has fallen into a bad habit of waiting for the market to change an their income to waltz right through the doors.  The basics of the sales process hasn't changed, but, those who do the work get the big bucks.

Imagine...A salesperson who "genuinely seemed like he was trying to help."  Wow, what a bizarre concept...Do you 'spose that actually works?

 

I have heard it called: "The heart to serve"  Do you have it?  It's wonderful.
