When you think about it, almost every encounter that leads to the sale that day (or any day) starts with some sort of declaration about how there will be no sale today. It's all about attitude. Your attitude. Your sales people's attitude.If we believe the customer is not going to buy for another year, who is selling who here?
Life is spontaneous...what's true one minute can be different the next. Always try, and always give it your best shot. If you don't try, no sale will ever be made. Great video Marsh..Keep on truckin'!
