David, thank you for reminding me of the fact that success and failure is a choice. It is easy to point our fingers at the problem when the other three are pointed at us! Great video.

Excellent points!  The Great Achiever always leads by example.  They don't have to look for followers instead, the followers look for them.  Great Achiever's always look out the windshield aware of what's coming around the bend.  Other's spend their time looking in the rear-view mirror wondering what's going to hit them next. 

 

Thanks for the post.  It's a great perspective to those who "want" to be but can't figure out what the necessary ingredients are.
