GREAT video Jim! A powerful quote that rings strong for me was spoken by personal development expert, T.Harv Eker "How you do anything is How you do everything". When I started looking at how this applies in life, I realized how true it is! Your video speaks powerfully about those who care for anything in their lives will care about everything in their lives. People attract others like themselves. Since everything flows from the top, if the owner/manager of a business cares about it, they will care about their employees and attract like people. Kinda' like a caring cycle.
