Totally agree. LISTEN AND CARE!!! Even if you can't solve their problem, it makes a difference that you even sympathize. You just might get their business back. Wish I could teach all my sales team to work this way! See what you can offer.............happy holidays!

A great fundamental principle of PR from the Chapters of Dale Carnegie principles. TU Dave for the reinforcement. The Application of many of these positive relationship-principles needs daily postive reinforcement with all our employees that interface with our customer bases.

Nice job Dave. Always enjoy and get something out of your video's. I remember how impressed I was with you when I called to ask a few questions about your software program and within about a week you flew up from Florida to NY to meet with us. Of course you closed the deal and we've been with you for about 6 yrs or so now.
