Andrew Myers reminds DealerELITE members that the only reason to advertise any of your products or services is to sell! - not to just promote the ad. If your ad doesn't attract the kinds of customers you want for your store, it won't matter how many people ultimately see it. Andrew Myers from WhatsNext Media shares a story about when he first learned this valuable lesson; from his grandma "Optimizing" her ads for garage sales.

So sorry for your loss, Andrew! Grandma's are special people... I am certain she is optimizing her social skills in a heavenly place! <3
My grandma from this video passed away this weekend. What an awesome little old lady. She will be missed.
I couldn't agree more! Stores stay in business by making money / profit. Profit is what happens when the customer has a good customer experience. Online or in your store!
@ryan, I would even say that if your sales process delivers bad customer experiences, SEO only further exposes that weakness... It IS a numbers game, but I don't like that math.
Your question: Is SEO more important than TLC?
My response is "No it is not."
Nothing will ever be better for your business than positive word of mouth and referrals. The best SEO performance in the world will not replace continually bad customer experiences.
Well done
Very nice Andrew!
Hahah, she taught me: "Clothes for Gross!"
Awesome!
Very good
