Really enjoyed your talk at AutoCon. Opens your eyes to things that we do because it's what we always were told to do but that are counter productive. The most important part is that they are really sold on the car. A great example is: "If the numbers make sense, are you ready to buy now?" If they say "No", then what? We've all sold cars to people that said they weren't buying today so we assume everybody is going to buy now because realistically we know that if they leave most don't come back.
